Do you offer discounts?
Yes. When you pay for a year up front, you get a 15% discount. We also offer free accounts for teachers & students, and discounts for non-profits.
Do we pay extra for more people?
No. Unlike most cold emailing software, we don't charge you based on how many users you add. 5 users or 50, the price is the same. This adds up to significant savings as your company grows.
Do we pay extra for more contacts?
No. Unlike most cold emailing software, we don't charge you based on how many active contacts you add.
Will we be charged when our trial is up?
No. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details. If not — cancel with a click, no questions asked.
What if we need a longer trial?
We’re happy to give you some more time. Just let us know and we'll extend your trial.
Can we cancel at any time?
There's no minimum contract for SMTP Ghost — cancel at any time without penalty or hassle. If you prepaid for a year, we’ll refund any unused months.
